I've currently got 3 hard drives - a 40Gb for the OS and programs, a 160Gb for recorded TV ($39 Seagate after rebate, at CompUSA about 3 weeks ago), and an 80Gb for the Longhorn Vista beta. You didn't say which video board you currently have, but depending on its age, you might need a newer one to run MCE 2005.
